What to expect
We are a small team, so replies are written by hand rather than generated. In practice that means:
- Response time. We aim to reply to email within two to three business days. Busy weeks can stretch that a little.
- Hours. Our phone line is answered Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Pacific Time, excluding public holidays.
- Language. We currently correspond in English only.
What we can help with
- Questions about a result. If a number looks wrong or surprising, tell us the date you entered and what you expected, and we will look into it.
- Corrections. If we have published something inaccurate or misleading, we want to know. Point us at the page and the sentence.
- Privacy requests. If you want to exercise a right over your personal data, write to us and say so explicitly. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and what you can ask for.
- Suggestions and feedback. Tools you wish existed, wording that confused you, anything that felt off.
What we cannot help with
We cannot offer medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice, and we cannot interpret a result as though it said something about your individual health or your personal lifespan. It does not.
If something you read here has worried you about your health, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional rather than to us. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Press and partnerships
For press enquiries, licensing questions, or partnership proposals, email us at contact@whatstarssay.com with a short summary and we will route it to the right person.
